Yes, you are encouraged to bring your international patient coordinators, medical experts, or teleconsultation tools to help patients understand your offerings. However, full diagnosis or prescription is not permitted onsite; only informational consultations or second opinion discussions are allowed.
English is widely spoken in Kenya, especially among doctors and healthcare workers. However, if you require Swahili-speaking volunteers or staff for patient interaction, we can assist in arranging interpreters at an additional cost.
Yes. All medical device/equipment displays and marketing materials must comply with Kenyan medical marketing guidelines and Ministry of Health standards. The organizing team will provide guidance on permissible display formats, certifications, and registration requirements, if any.
We will connect you with our official logistics partner who specializes in medical exhibition freight. They will handle customs clearance, temporary import permits, and on-site delivery. Ensure all materials are declared in advance to avoid delays.
Yes. Most foreign nationals, including those from India, UAE, Turkey, South Africa, and Egypt, require an eVisa to enter Kenya. You can apply online at evisa.go.ke. If you need an official invitation letter for visa purposes, we’ll be happy to provide it upon confirmation of your participation.
Absolutely. Exhibiting hospitals and sponsors can apply to host a CPD-accredited workshop or deliver a thought leadership presentation. Selection will be based on topic relevance, speaker profile, and alignment with the conference themes. Early application is advised due to limited slots.
Yes. Sponsors and exhibitors will be featured in online campaigns, printed brochures, and venue branding. Premium sponsors receive on-stage mentions, panel invitations, and mention in media briefing. Specific benefits depend on the sponsorship tier you choose.
No. However, in certain sponsorship packages, we offer emailing to the visitors on behalf of the sponsor. Please check the packages here
