Your registration does not guarantee admission to all workshops or sessions; some may require pre-booking.

All content, including branding, logos, and session materials, is owned by Medivenue or its content providers and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
5. Event Changes & Cancellation
Medivenue reserves the right to modify the event format, speakers, sessions, or venue, or cancel the event in case of circumstances beyond its control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any significant changes.

Medivenue is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of attending the event.
The views expressed by speakers, exhibitors, or sponsors are their own and do not necessarily reflect Medivenue’s views.
Medivenue disclaims all warranties related to third-party services or links shared during the event.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
